Our sales department is the point of contact between customers and Riden, in other words, the face of Riden.
Our sales department handles B2B (business-to-business) sales.
In addition to selling to customers, the sales department also handles all requests, disseminating information internally and responding to customers.
As a result, our department interacts with many people both inside and outside the company, and we enjoy our work every day.
The joy and sense of accomplishment we feel when we work together with others to secure a new order is priceless. Sometimes things don't go smoothly and are difficult, but when we overcome them, it's a rewarding job that allows us to feel our own growth.
The company as a whole has a high level of understanding of the sales department and actively cooperates with customer service, exhibitions, trade shows, etc., so we feel it's an extremely easy environment for us to work in the sales department.

My job involves assisting sales activities. I generally work in pairs with sales staff.
In addition to working on estimates and taking orders, I also consult with sales staff and respond to customer inquiries.
I feel rewarded when I work with sales staff to secure new transactions and new work.

Our technical group manufactures wire harnesses used in construction machinery and other equipment.
Our main job is to issue manufacturing instructions to the site based on drawings created in CAD, ensuring the smooth progress of processes such as cutting wires, crimping terminals, and assembly. We also modify products or add specifications in response to customer requests,
which requires technical skills that allow us to flexibly respond to their needs. We are also responsible for inspecting finished products, and ensuring their quality is an important role. By being involved in a series of processes, from design and drawing to manufacturing and inspection, we gain a wide range of knowledge and skills, and this department offers a great sense of fulfillment as the products we create power the operation of construction machinery.

The Quality Assurance Department ensures product quality to provide customers with peace of mind and trust. Specifically, when we receive customer reports of defects or inquiries, we thoroughly review the details and respond promptly. In the unlikely event of a defect, we investigate the cause and develop and implement specific measures to prevent recurrence. Initial product inspections of new products are also an important part of our role. When new products are launched, we thoroughly check for any issues with the manufacturing process or quality. In addition to these core duties, we handle a wide range of quality-related issues and work daily to find optimal solutions to various customer requests and challenges. By listening to customer feedback, identifying the causes of quality issues, and making improvements, we strive to ensure that customers can use our products with confidence and build trust in our company.

Our Manufacturing Department Assembly Group primarily assembles construction machinery parts.We use two main production methods: "line production," where multiple workers work together on an assembly line, and "cell production," where one person assembles parts individually. We often assemble parts containing over 1,000 components. It's no exaggeration to say that our assembly work is like assembling a large plastic model kit. The sense of accomplishment when we complete a product with 1,000 components is exhilarating. We've also been systematizing and adopting IT to our work environment, with work instructions that were previously checked on paper now displayed on monitors and checklists now on tablets. There's no doubt that our work environment has evolved to accommodate modern trends. I can improve my skills through my daily work, and the sense of accomplishment and pride I feel when I see the products I assemble actually benefiting our customers is rewarding.
