Work Process

Electroplating

After zinc phosphate coating, electrodeposition coating is performed. During coating, a film with a fine crystalline structure is formed on the metal surface, improving the adhesion of electrodeposition coating and providing excellent rust prevention. Electrodeposition coating is a painting method in which a positive current is passed from an electrode, and the object to be coated acts as the negative pole, allowing the water-based paint to be applied. It has excellent rust prevention performance and durability.

Sharpening

Its main purpose is to improve the finish and durability of the paint. It is a process to remove impurities and old paint from the surface of the base material before painting, and to prepare the surface for painting. This improves the adhesion of the paint, and is an important pre-treatment process before painting.

Intermediate coating

When applying a finish coat, it is an important process that determines whether the paint will perform to its full potential. In addition to improving rust prevention, it also improves adhesion to the base material and finish, extending the performance life of the finish paint surface.

Top coat

They provide three main functions: protecting the substrate, providing aesthetic appeal, and providing functionality. By using paints that are suitable for various environments, they can perform functions according to their purpose. The coating film is made up of four main components: pigments, resins, and additives, which are the coating film components, and diluents, which are the non-coating film components.

Outfitting

We attach parts to painted products made of urethane or rubber materials. We attach parts with various functions according to their intended use, such as gaskets to prevent contact between metal parts and key cylinders for opening and closing covers, as well as soundproofing, vibration-proofing, and flame-retardant materials.
